Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

All the earrings are made with stainless steel for durability. Although considered hypoallergenic, this metal may sometimes contain small traces of nickel, which could cause allergy in subjects sensitive to it.

Where is your shop based?

MelonLemon is based in Zoetermeer, a city in the Netherlands. All orders, national and international, ship from this location.

Can I track my order?

Tracking is available for all orders. The tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Can I combine different orders?

Yes, if they haven't shipped yet. Please contact us via email to request it, it's the fastest way to act in time. If two orders are going to the same address, they will automatically be combined if noticed in time. Any shipping fees saved by combining orders will be refunded.

Will the outlet or sold out items be restocked?

Most of the items in the outlet, once sold out, will not be restocked. The sold out items will be made available again only if there will be high demand. We don't offer pre-orders.

What is a B-Grade product?

B-Grade products are those with small defects. They can show small scratches, smudges, misaligned cuts and so on. They still serve their purpose and have overall a good quality, but will be sold at a discounted price since they don't meet the requirements to be A-Grade.
